The existing facility is a multifunctional sports center where representatives of various sports, as well as enthusiasts, will be able to train. This concept positions the building as one of the most significant facilities in the region. 

 

The project includes the integration of various sports zones, including a gym equipped with modern equipment, spaces for martial arts and yoga, indoor basketball and mini-football courts, Olympic-standard swimming pools, athletics halls, and running tracks. Additionally, the project features a rehabilitation center that facilitates recovery and rehabilitation processes for athletes. Special sports and recreational areas for children are also planned, creating an environment tailored to different age groups. 

 

Significant attention is given to environmental sustainability and the provision of a healthy space. The building is equipped with diverse green terraces that seamlessly integrate with a 1-hectare recreational area. This space includes walking and running tracks, children’s playgrounds, relaxation zones, and a natural landscape that further enhances the visitors’ experience. 

 

The project also provides for the arrangement of convenient parking spaces for both private vehicles and buses, ensuring maximum ease of transportation for guests and teams. The multifunctional sports center offers not only a space for sports activities but also an environmentally friendly, innovative, and modern infrastructure that promotes a healthy lifestyle, encourages the popularization of sports, and plays a significant role in organizing both local and international events.
