University

The competition required the addition of a multifunctional building to the existing university structure. Our design proposed a three-story building placed atop the existing structure, allowing us to create a recreational zone on the current building while integrating all required functions into the new structure. Visually, the project is designed to be as light as possible to ensure it harmoniously blends with the historic architecture of the existing building. The new structure added above creates an intriguing environment without compromising the architectural identity of the original structure. The fully glazed façade highlights the thoughtfully designed interior details, adding depth and lightness to the space. The building includes multifunctional zones, such as conference rooms, lecture halls, a gallery, a library, dining areas, and open recreational spaces that fully meet modern needs. The interior is enriched with state-of-the-art digital technologies, creating a comfortable and inspiring environment for students and professors alike. Architecturally, the project achieves a perfect synthesis of old and new, imbuing the space with uniqueness and remarkable aesthetic appeal.
