The existing facility is located in Didi Digomi, on the territory of education. The building is a three-storey terrace style, the design team decided to take the building one level higher and create a recreation space on both the ground floor and the roof floor thus making double use of the perimeter of the building. As a light source we used a concrete formwork that is in the middle of the building from where we get lighting in the lower space.
The area of the building is a terrace with many seating areas, the area is adapted for people with disabilities.
The building is planned with the most transformable spaces. On the first floor there is a reception, an exhibition space. There are educational spaces on the second floor and an observatory and recreation space on the third floor.
The total area of the building is 4200 m2
