Administrative building of the Prosecutor's Office

The project involves the construction of the administrative building for the Prosecutor's Office of Tbilisi. The site is located at 60 Agmashenebeli Avenue and features a rocky terrain.

The building is seven stories high and consists of a reinforced concrete frame structure. Due to the sloping terrain, part of the building is embedded in the landscape, causing the first three floors to be recessed on three sides.

The building itself is a blend of soft and rigid forms, with two blocks connected by the first three floors, which include shared spaces for both blocks. The building's shape, architectural details, and colors align with its purpose.

From a planning perspective, all floors are adapted for people with disabilities. The site also includes a sports area and parking facilities.
